Terms of Service
Last updated 19 September 2026
fyp.fun is a website for launching tokens on Robinhood Chain through the Pons v2 protocol and for sending a token’s creator fees to a TikTok creator. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
- 1.
What fyp.fun does
fyp.fun is an interface. When you launch a token, your own wallet signs and submits the transaction to the Pons v2 smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. fyp.fun does not deploy tokens itself, does not hold your tokens, and cannot reverse anything once a transaction is confirmed.
When a launch names a TikTok username as the creator fee recipient, fyp.fun provides a wallet that it controls on that creator’s behalf, sets it as the token’s fee recipient on chain, and lets the creator claim the collected fees after signing in with TikTok. fyp.fun holds those fees only until they are claimed. It never holds the creator’s own tokens or any other assets.
- 2.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use cryptocurrency services where you live. You are responsible for any taxes and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use fyp.fun if that would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
- 3.
Launching a token
You choose every detail of a launch: the name, ticker, image, description, links, creator tax, opening buy and who receives the creator fees. fyp.fun cannot change any of it afterwards. Before you sign, the site shows the current launch fee and the protocol’s launch terms, and the transaction is built so that it fails instead of settling on terms different from the ones shown.
The Pons protocol charges a launch fee and takes a share of every trade’s fees. Those amounts are set by Pons, not by fyp.fun, and are shown on the launch page at the time of launch.
You may not launch tokens that impersonate a person, brand or project, that infringe anyone’s rights, or that are used for fraud, market manipulation or any other unlawful purpose.
- 4.
Assigning fees to a TikTok creator
When you type a TikTok username on the launch page, fyp.fun creates or reuses a wallet for that username and makes it the token’s creator fee recipient. TikTok does not offer a way to verify a username in advance. The wallet is therefore bound to the first TikTok account that signs in with that username. fyp.fun cannot check that this is the person you meant. Type the username carefully, and understand that TikTok usernames can change hands.
Once the launch is confirmed, the fee recipient can only be changed on chain by the recipient wallet itself. fyp.fun does not retarget fees at a launcher’s request.
- 5.
Claiming fees as a creator
To claim, you sign in with TikTok and enter a wallet address to receive the fees. fyp.fun then pays for the gas of the on-chain steps, collects the fees from the Pons fee escrow into the wallet it holds for you, and sends the balance to the address you entered, minus the gas of that final transfer.
Check the destination address carefully. Transfers on Robinhood Chain cannot be undone, and fyp.fun cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address. Fees that are still on a token’s bonding curve are shown as an estimate and become claimable only after the protocol moves them into the escrow.
- 6.
Custodial wallets
The wallet fyp.fun holds for a TikTok account exists only to receive and forward creator fees. fyp.fun keeps the key material needed to operate it and does not give the private key to anyone. fyp.fun takes reasonable technical measures to protect these wallets but cannot guarantee that a loss will never occur. The balances involved are the collected fees only.

Risks you accept
- Tokens launched through fyp.fun are highly volatile and may lose all of their value.
- The Pons v2 protocol is unaudited until its security reviews are published. Bugs in it could lead to loss of funds, and fyp.fun has no control over it.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Mistakes in addresses, amounts or settings cannot be corrected.
- Robinhood Chain, the Pons contracts, TikTok’s login service and fyp.fun itself may be unavailable or change at any time.
Nothing on fyp.fun is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. fyp.fun does not recommend any token.
- 8.
Your TikTok account
Signing in with TikTok is subject to TikTok’s own terms. fyp.fun only uses your TikTok login to identify you and does not post on your behalf. You can disconnect fyp.fun at any time in your TikTok settings under connected apps. After that you need to sign in again to claim.
- 9.
No warranty and limitation of liability
fyp.fun is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of fyp.fun is not liable for any loss, including lost funds, lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site, from the underlying protocols, from third-party services, or from your own errors. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of fees, if any, you paid to fyp.fun in the twelve months before the claim arose.
- 10.
Changes and termination
fyp.fun may change these terms, the site or its features at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. fyp.fun may refuse service or disable an account that breaks these terms. Fees already assigned on chain are not affected by that, since they are controlled by the smart contracts.
